Mr. Woodward has provided representation in the areas of environmental and administrative law since 1985. As the former Assistant Chief Hearings Examiner and Staff Attorney of the Texas Water Commission (the predecessor agency to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality), Mr. Woodward has an extensive background in enforcement and permitting in the areas of hazardous waste, radioactive waste, water quality, and water utility matters. Mr. Woodward has represented industrial and municipal clients in a wide range of environmental permitting, enforcement, and regulatory matters. Mr. Woodward’s expertise extends to the areas of commercial hazardous waste facilities, municipal solid waste landfills, recycling and waste minimization, underground injection, management and disposal of radioactive materials, and wastewater discharges. Mr. Woodward maintains an active practice representing clients before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Texas Railroad Commission, Texas Department of Health, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Woodward’s broad experience allows him to provide clients with practical and efficient on-going environmental regulatory representation and assistance.
