Daniel Gustafson was born and raised in Austin. He graduated from the University of Texas in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Government and a minor in Classical Studies. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2024. While in law school, Daniel was active in the South Texas Advocacy Program, serving as a moot court brief writer. Upon graduating he was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2024. Daniel’s practice focuses on our administrative and litigation clients, representing those clients in administrative hearings and in civil court litigation. The firm is fortunate to have Daniel Gustafson join the list of former Hance Scarborough interns that have returned to the firm as practicing attorneys.
