An alumnus of St. Edward’s University and Baylor Law, Barton J. Hejny’s background in administrative law began with work at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Travis County District Attorney’s Office Environmental Crimes Division, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Barton joined the Hance Scarborough team in 2017 and now represents clients in administrative matters before the Railroad Commission and other state agencies.
