In her civil litigation practice, Stacey has represented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in state court, federal court, administrative law proceedings, mediation, and arbitration. Stacey also practices in the complex and rapidly evolving area of water law. Stacey handles groundwater matters related to procuring, protecting, securing and transferring or leasing groundwater as well as obtaining permits and complying with regulatory requirements and she has represented clients at the local and state level. Stacey also handles class action litigation against property owners who have imposed excessive and improper fees and charges upon users.
Stacey was inspired to become a lawyer while working as a special education teacher in Austin ISD and an administrator of a special education school in Round Rock ISD. Her unique experiences in the real world and commitment to public service are not lost in Stacey's work as a lawyer in private practice.
