Stacey has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in 2014 - 2016 in business litigation by Texas Super Lawyers, a honor received by less than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state who are 40 years or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Stacey has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of civil litigation matters including business/commercial, intellectual property, employment, probate and estate, school, healthcare, personal injury, oil and gas, and real estate. In her civil litigation practice, Stacey has represented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in state court, federal court, administrative law proceedings, mediation, and arbitration. Stacey also practices in the complex and rapidly evolving area of water law. Stacey handles groundwater matters related to procuring, protecting, securing and transferring or leasing groundwater as well as obtaining permits and complying with regulatory requirements and she has represented clients at the local and state level. Stacey also handles class action litigation against property owners who have imposed excessive and improper fees and charges upon users.

Stacey was inspired to become a lawyer while working as a special education teacher in Austin ISD and an administrator of a special education school in Round Rock ISD. Her unique experiences in the real world and commitment to public service are not lost in Stacey's work as a lawyer in private practice. Stacey's passion and dedication for helping those in need combined with her training as a lawyer make her an advocate uniquely equipped and dedicated to solving her clients' legal problems.
